Pricing & After-Sales

Price and Protection

Transparent pricing, professional assurance—peace of mind for parents.

Cat Queue and Purchase Process

Our cattery accepts waiting list registrations with no restrictions on color, number of attempts, or priority level. A non-refundable deposit of 3000 is required and will be applied toward the total purchase price. If a parent has not found their ideal kitten within 2 year(s) of signing the waiting list agreement, the full deposit will be refunded and the registration will be cancelled.

Step1

Inquire

Add the manager on WeChat (FW_sib), complete the parent questionnaire, and fill out the cattery audit form.

Step2

Confirm Queue

Upon mutual confirmation, collect the queue deposit of 3000 CNY and sign the queue agreement.

Step3

Select Cat

Select in queue order. Upon success, sign the kitten purchase contract and pay a 50% deposit (queue fee is credited).

Cat drop

If a kitten is not selected by waiting parents, it becomes the current available cat. Prospective adopters can complete a survey via the breeder's WeChat. Upon confirmation, 50% of the kitten fee will be collected as a deposit, and the contract will be signed.

If multiple parents apply simultaneously, they will all be added to the waitlist. The breeder will make a final decision based on the kittens' and applicants' circumstances.

Step4

Health check and sterilization

Kittens undergo health checkups and spaying/neutering between 4 and 5 months. Show-quality kittens' participation is determined based on the show schedule.

Step5

Pick up your cat

After your kitten recovers from spaying/neutering and is ready to move to its new home, please settle the remaining 50% balance before departure (for show-quality kittens, the final amount may be adjusted based on competition results).

Health Protection

We strive to keep our kittens as healthy as possible, but we cannot guarantee immunity from all illnesses. Therefore, we provide the following guarantees for all sold kittens:

Respiratory and Gastrointestinal Symptom Coverage

Before departure to their new home, parents must confirm via video or photos that the kitten has no eye/nose discharge and shows no respiratory symptoms such as sneezing or coughing. Due to potential stress during long-distance transport, a kitten's immunity may decrease, possibly leading to upper respiratory or gastrointestinal issues after arrival. If the kitten develops respiratory or gastrointestinal symptoms within 30 days of arrival while parents follow the transition guidelines, please notify the cattery immediately and seek treatment at a licensed veterinary clinic. The cattery will cover all medical costs beyond insurance reimbursement. Insurance is purchased by the cattery prior to departure, with the cost included in the kitten's price.

Feline Panleukopenia Virus (FPV) Coverage

Prior to pickup, the cattery provides an antibody test certificate confirming the kitten has passed feline panleukopenia (FPV) screening. However, a positive antibody result does not guarantee immunity if the kitten is exposed to the virus. While we ensure the kittens are FPV-free at departure, we cannot guarantee they will remain so for life. In the spirit of compassion, if a kitten contracts FPV within 3 months of arrival at its new home, the cattery will provide financial support up to the purchase price to cover out-of-pocket veterinary costs, transportation fees, and lost wages not reimbursed by insurance.

FIP Protection

FIP typically manifests before age one or in senior cats. The exact cause remains unclear but is linked to genetics, environment, and stress, often leading to misdiagnosis. Therefore, upon receipt of official documentation from at least two reputable veterinary clinics (including CBC, biochemistry, abdominal ultrasound, SAA, etc.), the cattery offers the following humane guarantee: If a kitten is diagnosed with FIP before 2 years old, the cattery will cover medical expenses up to the purchase price until full recovery. If a kitten contracts FIP before 2 years old and passes away despite active treatment, the cattery will provide the aforementioned medical support plus priority selection and a 50% discount on a replacement kitten of equal quality.

Additional Information

  • 1. Total after-sales refund amount shall not exceed the purchase price of the kitten.
  • 2. The above after-sales terms apply only if the parent has not acted with gross negligence (gross negligence includes, but is not limited to: forcing a cat to walk outside, bathing it outdoors, allowing it to roam freely, or keeping it in a cage for extended periods).
  • 3. In addition to HCM, if the cat's illness is not disclosed in advance and the cat is declared dead or treatment is abandoned without attempt, the cattery will provide no compensation.

Cat Purchase Guidelines

Please ensure parents are mentally prepared and well-informed before purchasing a kitten.

New Cat Owners: Please familiarize yourself with basic cat care, ensure your home is fully window-proofed, and commit to science-based feeding. Be mentally prepared for playful or mischievous behavior—kittens are not electronic pets and cannot be controlled on command. Ensure you understand all potential responsibilities before purchasing. We strictly prohibit any form of irresponsible abandonment.

Multi-cat households: Please be aware that cats may not always get along, and a new cat may not immediately harmonize with resident cats. New arrivals need time to bond with existing pets, and cohabitation is not guaranteed.

No unnecessary surgeries: Parents must not perform any non-essential procedures on kittens, such as declawing or devocalization. These actions cause significant harm and serve no necessary purpose.
